Experience:

1. 4 to 8 years’ experience in application support / design / service with in-depth knowledge of one or more T&M products (e.g. benchtop power supplies, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power analyzers) and their applications.
2. Previous experience having handled T&M instruments from reputed brands (e.g. Tektronix, R&S, Fluke, Keysight, GW Instek, Chroma, Ametek, TDK Lambda).
3. Prior experience in Aarjay’s existing industries and new growth sectors will be highly preferred – automotive including EV, aerospace, ISRO, defence, data centres, renewable energy.
4. Strong communication skills in English and one or more local languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, etc.).
5. Experience with instrument breakdown service/ repair will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

1. Provide pre-sales application support to the field sales team – do technical presentations and product demos.
2. Conduct technical discussions with customers to understand their requirements and suggest optimum solutions.
3. Do post sales demos and product installation at customer site.
4. Work with Marketing Team to develop Application Notes, videos and other content related to T&M products/ applications.
5. Identify new target applications and industries for positioning of T&M products.
6. Travel as required by the job.

Experience:

Job Description:

1. Sell test & measurement solutions to Aarjay’s current and new customers in the assigned territory.
2. Manage the entire sales process from generating leads to closing the deal and post-sales support.
3. Conduct preliminary technical discussions with the customer and gather requirements.
4. Conduct negotiations on commercial terms.
5. Meet/ exceed aggressive sales targets.

3. Knowledge of project management principles (PMP certification will be an added advantage)

Job Description:

1. Make proposals to customers based on inputs from Technical team, Project coordinator and Commercial pricing.
2. Interact with customers as a primary contact, along with the sales team, to win orders.
3. Work closely with project monitoring team on project schedule adherence (MSP / WBS / BOM).
4. Interact with customer, as a primary contact, along with sales team to arrive at agreed program implementation.
5. Closely monitor and control all constituents and stakeholders (customer, project management, engineering, procurement, vendors).
6. Ensure completion and delivery of project with full control on resources time line and cost.
7. Coordinate Project Management Committee (PMC) to involve all stakeholders.
8. Define, implement and ensure adherence to project execution SOPs.
